BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments:
Castlemaine Media School requires payment to be made in full to secure your course booking. Payments can be made online using a credit / debit card or PayPal. We cannot hold or reserve bookings.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, please ensure you contact Castlemaine Media School at least 48 hours before your course starts. If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of your course starting, you will not be eligible for a refund, transfer or credit.
Missing classes:
If you miss a class during your course you will not be reimbursed for the missed session. If you do miss a class, please contact the school to discuss accessing class content.
Course cancellations:
A minimum number of student enrolments is required for our classes to proceed. In the instance of these requirements not being met, we will contact you with further information regarding refunds or course transfers.
In the unfortunate event of technical issues, sickness and other reasons beyond our control, courses may be cancelled with or without notice. In this instance, all students will be contacted by the school with further information regarding rescheduling, refunds and course transfers.
Permission to Use Work for Advertising and Promotion:
I give the Castlemaine Media School and its various outlets including websites, social media platforms, brochures, fliers and articles, permission to use for the purposes of advertising and promotion of the school and its courses, any still/moving images, sound, music and anything else created while enrolled in a class. Unless communicated by me/the student in writing to the Castlemaine Media School stating otherwise.
Confidentiality Agreement and Acknowledgment of Intellectual Property:
I agree to keep ideas, characters, plots, stories, screenplays, tv series and films created, developed and discussed by other class participants and the teacher confidential.
